Version 26.5 is a major release. It updates 116 pages across the platform, along with several shared components used throughout CMDS. These notes cover only the pages and features used by CMDS.
The compliance summary report now shows up-to-the-minute information
A new compliance trend report charts each department's compliance month by month, with Excel and PDF export
Training reports offer new filter criteria and clearer labels
Learners can request enrolment in a training program, and members of the CMDS Program Enrollment Reviewers role review each request and approve or reject it
SCORM courses packaged in more than one language are supported, and course completion is reported more reliably from the Scoop (OpenSCORM) platform

Date and time selection, time zone lists, and time zone handling (Alberta adopted permanent daylight time (UTC−6) under the Official Time Act, eliminating the usual fall back on November 1, 2026)
Person search criteria and results, memberships, and sign-in details
Department checklists and role lists on groups
Course outlines, activity setup, and course enrolment lists
Program publication settings, contacts, and learner lists
Class setup, location details, registration lists, and class search results
Class registration reports and search downloads
Achievement and credential details, lists, and search results
Change history, and dashboard charts and grids
Assessment question search, question printing, and form details
Answering questions and viewing results in exams and quizzes
Training plans and certificate lists on the learner portal
Achievements, registrations, and search on the portal contact pages
Navigation and search on the newer admin home page
